The Book
This is the project that has consumed the majority of my free time (that which I’ve not spent on games and moving and getting engaged and all that minor stuff) over the last two years. Inspiration struck me in late Spring 2006 for the source material, but it wasn’t until mid-2007 that I finally forced myself to commit to the huge task of writing a novel. Within six months, I’d realized the fact that my story would take, at minimum, two or three books. After an astonishingly large rewrite of the core plot on more than one occasion, I’ve finally settled down into the editing and plot expansion phase, turning keynote entries in the timeline into entire chapters. Currently, there’s more than eight hundred hardback pages written, coming out to a little over four hundred book-bound pages.
